back... =)
grins. been too caught up with living n breathing the air of the lse lib... =)
smiles. spring is finally here... at least i think it is... =) tho its still cold... =) the walk to school just got happier... blue skies with not a single cloud... sunshine... n blooming flowers that line the sidewalk... =) but oh wells... what a waste of spring... =) when its a glorious day outside but ur stuck indoors... u see it... but dont feel it... =)
but .brightens up. =) in between living n breathing the air of the lse lib... i had my share of happy things... =)
a nice, relaxing, stress-free lunch at 'Paul's'... tho i think me, shruts n ting were positively staring at the bread basket of the table next to ours... convinced that their complimentary bread-basket looked yummier than ours... =)
an ultra-fun dim-sum session with flo punctuated with random laughter... =) laughs. my first time eating authentic dim sum in london... (not ocunting haka-san n its sister company... i forgot what its called... =)) jade garden!! zha4 nai3 huang2 bao1!! omy... its as yummy as i remembered it to be abt 5 yrs ago... i tell you... cong2 ci3 wo3 dui4 cui4 yuan2 de4 zha4 nai3 huang2 bao1 nian4 nian4 bu2 wang4... =) hmms... what else... har-gao, chang2 fen3 with you2 tiao2... beef tripes... (flo's recommendations... =) nice chewy thing... =) tho i still dont really know what it is... but... =) hao3 chi1 zui4 zhong4 yao4... =))... n this 'claypot' rice thingy... with feng4 zhua3... chao1 hao3 chi1!! =) ended with an o3-ni1 xi1 mi3 lu4... =) yummilicious...
harh... thats the end of our lunch break?? so fast?? laughs. lunch breaks to us now are how treasured... zong3 xi1 wang4 shi2 jian1 bu2 yao4 zhe4 me4 kuai4 guo1... =) laughs... we decided to give ourselves a second treat... =) Ed's Diner!! peanut butter n banana milkshake... =) its sosoSO good... (lao jie... i cant believe never tried this... =) considering that ur such a peanut butter person... =) its so good... laughs. i can so imagine u scrunching up ur face n saying 'no bananas... no bananas...' =) but trust me!! u cant taste a single bit of banana at all... really... =) none... nothing... nill...zero... zilch... nada... =))
n today... =) i got myself a haircut... =) finally... my long overdue haircut... i tell u my split ends yi3 jing1 dao4 le4 chu1 shen2 ru4 hua4 de4 jie1 duan4... dao4 le4 zui1 gao1 jing4 jie4... =) laughs... even tho in the beginning i got lost (as usual) trying to find my way there... smiles. nothing like a haircut to de-stress... service was fantastic i must say... n altho initially i thot my hairdresser dint seem that good... whoa... her layering skills proved fantastic!! trust me... when u need a haircut... go to her... she's unbelievable... at first she looks as tho she's simply completely randomly cutting off hair... but... a bit here... a bit there... one clip zou3 tian1 xia4... n viola!! tada!! i love my haircut... =) 100% satisfied... =) this is one happy customer here... =)

day 6...
woke up in the morning... n yipee!! a nice bright n sunny day... =) smiles. breakfast in the hotel was good... =) esp the xun1 yi1 cao3 nai3 cha2... =) oh dear... =) blogging about this makes me crave for it... =) but aniwaes... no time to lose... ran around the hotel taking fotos here, there, everywhere (which i posted up in the prev post)... n its off to some yi lan hua1 ji4 zhan3... =)
a relaxing walk thru the entire flower exhibition... =) altho lunch was just odd looking glutinous rice thingys n jap-style tian2 bu2 la4... but we somehow managed to completely enjoyed ourselves buying food... =) as always... =) soft yi lan nu:2 she2 bing3... yi4 something xuan1 mua3 chi2... (not ah mei mua3 chi2 but nvm... =) still nice...) n if u'll believe it... =) seaweed ice cream... =) ohohoh... n there was this really special kind of grapes that grows on tree branches... u pay NT 10 to try one... n each person is only limited to one... yao4 duo1 dou1 mei2 you3... =) hao3 te4 bie2 o... =) put it into ur mouth n u'll find that it tastes alot like mangosteen... tho a mini one at that... =) laughs. zhen1 xi1 wang4 neng2 ba3 zhong2 zi3 mai3 xia4... dai4 hui2 jia1 zhong4... =) but knowing sg weather... =) prob wouldnt work out... =)
aniwaes... check out how pretty the flowers are... =) i think my mommy completely enjoyed herself taking fotos... =)
now for more fun... =) next up... cycling... =) laughs. time for some much-needed... long-overdue exercise... =) got a zi4 xing2 che1 n a xie2 li4 che1... =) laughs... thot the ones they rode on for the wang zi bian qing wa xing1 wen2 on wan2 yu2 were the xie2 li4 che1-s... yuan2 lai2 wrong... it was the dan1 che1-s... laughs... but nvm... still fun... =)
n we're off now... off to a shaky start at first... laughs. was supposed to ride the xie2 li4 che1 with vanessa... obv wo3 men2 liang3 de4 mo4 qi4 not very good... =) laughs. so guess it'll have to be me n my lao jie then... =) laughs... hey... we managed it quite alright... =) after some practice... =) as long as we dont end up in the huge drains by the side of the road... =)
grins. a ride thru qing1 shui3 gong1 yuan2...
aniwaes... last night in yi lan... =) was debating whether to stay in for hotel dinner or pop down to the ye4 shi4... =) decided to b adventurous n pop down to the ye4 shi4... =) grins. so glad we went!!
yummy food n fantastic shopping... n things here are def cheaper than back in taipei... =) managed to satisfy my o3-lua4 jian1 n o3-yi2 cravings... =) yummy... omy... tw's o3-lua3 jian1 is so good... even glutton square's one at the esplanade cannot compare... =) here the o3-lua4 jian is crispy but thick with loads of the starchy, niam3 niam2 thingy... =) yi2 ge4 zi4... zan4!! =) o3-yi2 was yummy too... =) Q Q de4... =) laughs. i seem to like chewy things... =)
but aniwaes... ohohoh!! i tried ya1 she2... for the first time in my life... =) my lao jie n vanessa loved it... while me n my daddy stared on dubiously... (grins. my mommy was shopping... =) n we were waiting for my mommy outside the store... =))... couldnt resist trying one... =) they made it look so good... =) laughs. in fact... actually... i think my sis was influenced by zai4 jian4 ying2 guang1 lan2... laughs. remember liu3 ying2 n her ya1 she2-s?? =) it was okayyy... =) laughs. not too bad... =) def something special... =) but... i think i'll stick to my o3-lua4 jian1... =)
i was so glad we decided to go to the ye4 shi4... =) managed to buy loads of things... as always... =) we were by this little lu4 bian1 tan1 selling accessories... n somehow wo3 men2 he2 nian2 qing1 de4 lao2 ban3 niang2 liao2 kai1 le4... turns out she was flying to singapore the next day... so we were just randomly talking talking talking... until it started pouring n we had to leave... it was getting late anywaes... n .smiles. guess what?? =) she gave us lots of discounts... =) but then again... we really did buy a lot a lot... =) n it was really really enjoyable talking to her... =)
seems like a happy end to a happy day... =) got back completely tired-out... all we could think about was taking a hot shower n hopping straight into bed... at least that was all i could think about... but darn... guess not...
darn my stupid pen... shouldnt have randomly threw my pen into the side pocket of my sling bag... it poked a hole in the side pocket of my bag... n proceeded to leave random lines on my lao jie's jacket, sweater, pants n bag... guess that also explains the random lines that appeared on my hands during the course of the day... =) oh-o... huo4 chuang3 da4 le4... spent the whole night attempting to get rid of all the pen ink on the jacket, sweater n pants... hai2 hao3... .breathes a sigh of relief. managed to remove most of it... =)
now im really completely tired out... finally collapsed into bed after hrs of stressing over removing pen-ink marks... laughs. but not before a short 'fight' in bed with my lao jie... n a valient attempt on my part to do sit-ups n crunches... =) if u even consider it an attempt at all... (lao jie... i think as of now... im in deficit of so many sit-ups n crunches... i lost count... =) eeps!! i better do something about it!! laughs. =)) aniwaes... that ended up with the both of us dissolving into laughter... brinking on hysteria... n trying desp not burst out into hysterical laughter... so that we dont wake daddy, mommy n vanessa up... gosh... trying to laugh quietly is so hard... =)
ok then... we really should slp soon... =) good night...
tmr... we set out for taipei again... =)
