day two...
planned to meet at 8am... start the day early... mega plans to make the most of our time in milan... so there we were... me n mich... waiting for the rest to turn up at a table for 5... n we waited n we waited... from waiting to getting shot evil looks by the hotel staff for hogging a table for 5... to finishing up breakfast... guess its time for a morning call... =)
little bits that makes the trip unforgettable... all part of the package... soon... off to explore italy!!
first up... some castle in the middle of milan... i seriously cannot remember the name... but well... its a nice ancient looking castle...

laughs. take a look at this foto... qn. y is there only 4 of us... where's mich?? hee... we tried to take a foto of all of us using timer... but obviously estimation skills yet to b perfected... laughs. when mich checked the camera... she was like... 'very nice... but ee?? im not in the picture...' n all of us burst out laughing... rolling around on the grass... random... i know... but just a little bit of fun fact... =)
spent super long just lazing around on the grass... its a beautiful day after all... living in london seriously deprives u of wonderful weather... before finally deciding it was time to proceed with our tour of milan...
ohohoh... we had the most fantasti gelato... the tiramisu, baccio n watermelon (which i cant pronounce in italian... something that sounds suspisiously like angola or something to that extent... tho angola i later gound out is an african country... was playing in the world cup...) yup aniwaes... as i was saying... the tiramisu, baccio n watermelon was amazing... tho we all got one scoop each... it felt like three... darn. we were so full after that... we had to forgo lunch... tho poor sung violently protested that gelato was a snack... but to no avail...
we later came to a conclusion at the end of our italy trip that the first gelato we tried in milan was the best we had in italy... darn... if we had known... i would have gotten 3 scoops... tho that would have seemed more like 9 given the generous servings... oh wells...
aniwaes... on to the duomo cathedral...
n then... what's left to do in milan but shop??
watch out fashion city... here we come... =)
